What we do
Employee transport management, end to end.
RideTandem is a fully managed employee transport service. We plan the routes, source the vehicles and drivers, run a 9-language passenger app, report live emissions data and provide 24/7 support, all through one platform. You get one supplier, one invoice, and live data on every journey.
Fully managed, defined
What does “fully managed” employee transport actually mean?
Fully managed means RideTandem does all of it: route planning, vehicle sourcing (4- to 80-seat), driver vetting, passenger comms, live journey monitoring, incident response and data reporting. Your team coordinates nothing. We own the outcome - you carry no assets and no HR overhead.

How does managed employee transport pay back?
Three measurable cost lines shift on day one - absenteeism, retention and admin. Every one is well-documented in UK industry research.
Absenteeism
Unreliable commutes are the #1 controllable reason for missed or late shifts - and absence already costs UK employers £547-£702 per head each year.
2-16% of the annual salary bill is spent on absence (CIPD)
Retention
Make UK puts the cost of replacing one mid-salary employee at £30,614. Even a modest retention uplift pays for a bus.
55,000 long-term manufacturing vacancies cost £6bn/yr in lost output
Admin
One FTSE 100 client removed a manual coordination process and freed 10-12 hours of HR/ops time every week - a full working day.

How a typical £180,000 annual shuttle cost is offset
Illustrative figures only - replace with modelled client dataSavings recover £172,000 (96%) of the gross cost - leaving a net cost to P&L of £8,000 a year.
Real numbers requiredThe figures above are dummy placeholders. Replace the gross cost and the three savings with modelled client data before this page goes live.
We use RideTandem across 5 sites using a range of vehicles from 4-seater taxis to 80-seater coaches - it's been great to be able to do everything through a single provider.
